The Four Surfaces

Antigravity 2.0 Desktop App: a standalone agent command center where developers orchestrate multiple agents working in parallel. Antigravity CLI: a Go-based terminal client replacing Gemini CLI. Antigravity SDK: a Python SDK providing programmatic access to Google's internal agent harness. Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform: managed agents on Google Cloud with governance, audit logs, and cost controls.

The Antigravity SDK is the most significant piece for the open-source ecosystem. It exposes the same agent harness Google uses internally, letting developers define custom agent behaviors and host them on their own infrastructure.

Why It Matters for Open-Source Harnesses

Open-source harnesses like Hermes Agent, OpenClaw, and CrewAI now compete with a Google-backed SDK that has deep integration with Gemini models and Google Cloud. The differentiation will come from flexibility, community, and support for non-Google infrastructure.
